You are solely responsible for any text, graphics, images, or other materials you submit to Printforge Packaging. You must ensure you have the rights and permissions to use such content, and it must not infringe on the rights of third parties. By placing an order, you authorize Printforge Packaging to use your submitted content for order fulfillment.
Design files are provided at low resolution (72 DPI) unless otherwise purchased. All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format with at least 300 DPI resolution. Printforge Packaging is not responsible for color shifts or low-quality prints resulting from improper file formats or resolutions.
Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Cancellation fees apply:
Stage 1 (design not started): $15 plus 5% of the order amount.
Stage 2 (design started): minimum 20% fee.
Stage 3 or beyond: minimum 50% fee.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
We communicate via email or phone to provide updates or resolve issues with ongoing orders.
All sales are final. Reprints are offered only if Printforge Packaging is at fault. Defects or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. At least 99% of the product must be returned (at your expense) for review before any reprint.
